At Deify Beauty Lounge, we pride ourselves on offering the best care for our clients. Please make yourself aware of our company policies and procedures described below. Our policies have been designed to ensure you have a truly enjoyable visit with us.
Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will help you schedule your next appointment. We recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving Deify Beauty Lounge. To hold a reservation, we require a credit card number and expiration date at the time of scheduling.
Payments by cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. The prices are subject to change without notice.
Gratuities are not included in your total amount. It is common practice to tip 15% – 20% of the original service price. Please feel free to extend a gratuity as a result of your spa experience, they are greatly appreciated. Gratuities are accepted in the form of cash or credit card.
Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us of any special needs or medical conditions including pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, disabilities or illnesses. Talking with your technician will help customize your service to ensure your maximum enjoyment and benefit.
We respectfully request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. When booking services at Deify, your appointment is scheduled with a therapist, whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:
You may opt to shorten your treatment
You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time, however, a cancellation charge will be incurred.
We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning. You will be emailed 2 days before to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give a 24-hour notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
We are sorry, Skin Care products and Spa & Salon Services are not refundable.
When you purchase a course of treatments, you will receive a discounted price. Because of this discounted price, the payment is to be made at the beginning of your course. Unfortunately, these courses are not refundable.
We do not accept medical insurance at this time. We will happily provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance company upon request.
Deify Laser + Beauty Lounge respects your privacy and is committed to protecting and securely managing all of the personal information that you choose to share with us. During your online visit, you may be required to share personally identifiable information, such as your first and last name, physical address, telephone number or e-mail address. Deify Laser + Beauty Lounge collects this information in order to facilitate the delivery of services and/or the completion of an order. Deify Laser + Beauty Lounge will not sell, share, or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
We are unable to watch children on our premises. Please make proper arrangements for the supervision of your children during your session.
Consideration for Clients Who Are Minors.
We give special consideration to clients who are under the age of 18. Clients between 15-18 must have parent or guardian present at the time of 1st appointment to give written consent. Clients under 15 years old must have a parent or guardian present at all times.
